Service Agreement

Provide free services during the quality assurance period specified in the contract; After exceeding the quality assurance period stipulated in the contract, free online services or low-priced paid services will be implemented.

1、 Pre sales service

Based on user needs and product characteristics, we determine the model and accessory configuration for users, provide trial cutting services, offer customized solutions for users with special requirements, and provide full follow-up services for users.

2、 In sales service

BOSUNMAN engineers provide installation, debugging, and personnel operation training services for users; And targeted training services can be provided according to users' special requirements.

3、 After sales service

BOSUNMAN shall fulfill the three guarantee responsibilities of the product in accordance with the contract and provide lifelong maintenance of the product; During the warranty period, the company will regularly visit users and provide them with product maintenance and optimization suggestions on a regular basis.
