In addition, there is an oil filter installed at the inlet of the cooling pump. The above two devices should be checked and cleaned in a timely manner after a certain period of use of the machine tool.

2. Observe the oil label on the front of the water tank and replenish it promptly when the cooling water decreases. In general, when configuring the water outlet around the spindle, at least the oil filter at the inlet of the cooling pump should be completely submerged in water.

When the cooling water becomes contaminated and deteriorated, it should be replaced promptly. Remove the screw plug under the water tank to release the waste liquid, clean the water tank, and then refill it with new and clean coolant.
